Stuffed Rolled Rib Roast

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 4 Ounce
  Bacon slices 3
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Egg 1
  Boneless beef rib roast 5 Pound
Directions

In bowl .combine chopped ham, snipped bacon, onion, olives, garlic, and beaten egg.
Unroll roast; spread ham mixture over meat.
Reroll roast; tie securely.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Roast, uncovered, at 325° about 3 hours for rare.
Let stand about 15 minutes.
Remove strings and carve.
