Easy Beef Liver Saute
|Beef liver||10 Ounce|
|Thinly sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 12-inch nonstick skillet heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot.
Increase heat, add liver and onions, and saute, stirring occasionally, until liver is browned and onions are tender, about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and add tomatoes, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
Serve garnished with parsley.
