Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Green peppers 2
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Water 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown the beef in medium skillet.
Stir in peppers, onion, rice, liquids, and soy sauce.
Allow mixture to come to a boil.
Reduce heat, stir once, and cover.
Simmer about 25 minutes.
Serve at once.
