Red Flannel Hash
|Finley chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped cooked potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Finely chopped cooked corned beef||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Drop|
In skillet cook onion in hot shortening till tender but not brown.
Lightly toss together potatoes, beets, corned beef, milk, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Spread hash mixture evenly over onion in skillet.
Cook over medium heat till lightly browned, turning occasionally with spatula.
