Corned Beef Hash
|Corned beef||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Chop meat and potatoes separately having them fine but not mashed.
Heat a frying pan, melt fat and panfry the onion in it for 3 min.
Then add beef, potatoes and pepper.
When heated thoroughly allow hash to brown, then fold over like an omlet and transfer to a hot platter.
If hash seems too dry, add 1 or 2 tbsp. hot milk or water.
