Peanutty-Sauced Short Ribs
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen limeade concentrate||3 Ounce|
|Beef chuck short ribs||4 Pound|
For sauce, combine oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, curry powder, garlic, and red pepper.
Stir in Ifmeade concentrate.
Trim fat from meat.
Place ribs in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 1/4 to 11/2 hours or till tender, brushing with sauce during the last 20 minutes of grilling time.
