Lemon-Honey Beef Ribs
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper sauce||6 Drop|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Beef ribs||4 Pound|
Mix lemon juice, honey, oil, catsup, salt, oregano, pepper sauce and garlic in 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Place beef on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Cook in 325Â° oven, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally, until beef is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
