Lemon-Honey Beef Ribs

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 6 Drop
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Beef ribs 4 Pound
Directions

Mix lemon juice, honey, oil, catsup, salt, oregano, pepper sauce and garlic in 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Place beef on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Cook in 325° oven, turning and brushing with sauce occasionally, until beef is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
