Four-Way Ground Beef Balls

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 2
  Salt/Part garlic salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine meat, crumbs, milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Mix lightly to blend.
Shape into balls about the size of large marbles.
Arrange on shallow, rimmed baking pans.
Bake in a 500° oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove and add to the prepared sauce of your choice (sauce recipes follow); include any pan juices.
Cool, then cover and refrigerate until time to serve.
Reheat meat and sauce together, covered, over low heat, stirring gently several times; keep warm in chafing dish or over candle warmer.
