Beef, Pear & Arugula Salad

Is weight loss part of your New Years Resolution? Let me help you keep your promise to yourself. I know how difficult it is to keep that promise. Lack of time, lack energy, that nagging feeling of hunger and cravings for something you diet doesn ’t allow. Understanding those reasons made me realize what I had to do for myself, and that is why I wrote “Amazing 7 Minute Meals”. You can really prepare your food in 7 minutes or less. You cut up your ingredients when you have time, and use them when you don ’t have time.
Ingredients
  Pear arugala salad 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lean beef 10 Ounce, rubbed
  Arugula 1 Pound
  Pears 2 , cored and sliced
  Hot red pepper To Taste
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Thyme 1 Tablespoon, dried
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon
Directions

• Heat grill pan or grill, and grill beef on both sides for ± 4 minutes. Slice thin.
• Mix salad ingredients.
• Mix dressing ingredients.
• Enjoy
