Beef, Pear & Arugula Salad

Lack of time, lack energy, that nagging feeling of hunger and cravings for something you diet doesn ’t allow. You cut up your ingredients when you have time, and use them when you don ’t have time.
|Pear arugala salad||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lean beef||10 Ounce, rubbed|
|Pears||2 , cored and sliced|
|Hot red pepper||To Taste|
|Walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Thyme||1 Tablespoon, dried|
|White wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Virgin olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
• Heat grill pan or grill, and grill beef on both sides for ± 4 minutes. Slice thin.
• Mix salad ingredients.
• Mix dressing ingredients.
