Short Beef Ribs, Barbecued

|Ketchup/Chili sauce||125 Milliliter|
|Prepared mustard||15 Milliliter|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Soy sauce||50 Milliliter|
Place the beef ribs in a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the beef ribs and mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, stirring 2 to 3 times during the marinating period.
To cook, place the meat and marinade in a 16 to 20-cup (4 to 5 L) microwave-safe baking dish.
Cover, microwave at HIGH 20 minutes.
Stir well and microwave at MEDIUM 30 to 40 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
Stir twice during the cooking period at MEDIUM.
