BBQ Beef Ribs on the Pit Barrel Cooker

Beef ribs cooked to perfection on the Pit Barrel Cooker!

Ingredients

Beef rib rack 2
Meat rub 2 Tablespoon (Beef and game rub, as needed)
Jack daniels glaze 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. Remove the membrane of beef, coat liberally with rub and then insert the meat hook below as shown in the video.

2. Preheat cooker and hang the meat in it. Cover and cook for 4 hours.

3. After 3 hours, remove the meat from cooker and baste it with glaze.

4. When done, tent the meat with foil and allow it to rest.

SERVING

5. Carve meat and serve with BBQ potatoes and onion.
