Chipped Beef Scramble

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 3 , sliced
  Peeled diced tomato 1
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Eggs 4 , slightly beaten
  Shredded chipped beef 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet cream/Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttered toast slice 2
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat butter or margarine in chafing dish or frying pan, and add mushrooms and onion.
Fry slowly, stirring, until onion is tender.
Mix next 3 ingredients, and pour into pan.
Scramble softly, using metal spoon.
Serve on toast.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
