Crisp Roast Beef Hash

Ingredients
  Cooked roast beef 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cooked potato 3 Cup (48 tbs), cold
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk/Leftover gravy 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust as required)
Directions

Combine beef, potatoes, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Moisten with milk, and spread evenly in lightly greased hot skillet.
Brown thoroughly on 1 side over low heat.
Fold over as with an omelet.
Turn onto hot platter, and serve.
Note: Leftover meat should be diced small but not ground.
The cooked potatoes should be diced about the same size as the meat cubes.
