Baked Corned Beef

You can bake corned beef with Dijon mustard and brown sugar for a unique flavor.
Ingredients
  Corned beef 5 Pound
  Dijon mustard 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
2. Line a 9” X 13” baking tray with 2 sheets of foil.
3. Place the beef fat side down on the baking tray.
4. Using a spatula, spread the Dijon mustard all over the beef.
5. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top, spreading well and cover with foil.
6. Bake in the oven for 2 hours, check if the meat is tender, if not bake for 30 minutes more.
7. Allow to cool slightly and slice in desired thickness.

SERVING
8. Serve as desired.
