Plum sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mustard paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Beef fillet 1 Pound
Raisin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red bell pepper 1/4 , sliced



1. In a non – stick pan add in the plum sauce and cook for few minutes.

2. Pour in the water and bring to boil.

3. Add in beef and raisins. Cook for 10 minutes.

4. Stir in red bell pepper and cook for few minutes.


5. Serve Beef and Plum stir fry with steamed rice.
