|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chili sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (or more basic)|
Saute" beef in fat.
Add sauce to beef in skillet; simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over hot unsweetened cornbread, tortillas or pancakes.
Note: Extend beef and sauce with 1 cup fine stale bread crumbs; fill 4 large green pepper shells, and bake in oiled pan in medium hot oven.
