Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
  Beef mince/Ground turkey 2 Pound
  Canned tomatoes 15 Ounce, diced
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan add in the beef and cook until it turns brown and release the fat.
2. Add in onion, carrot, salt and black pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add in ketchup and tomatoes. Stir everything well.
5. Add in Worcestershire sauce, sugar and molasses. Stir in vinegar and mix everything well. Bring to boil, cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring in between.

SERVING
6. Serve Sloppy Joe on burger buns with French fries.
