Quick Beef Goulash
|Beef chuck||2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares|
|Canned tomato soup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked medium noodles||2 Tablespoon|
Brown meat in a small amount of oil in frying pan, then remove. Saute onions in same pan until golden brown. Add meat, tomato soup, bouillon cubes, water, paprika, and vinegar, and stir to mix. Lower heat; simmer about 2 hours, or until tender. Serve with noodles. This recipe may easily be doubled or quadrupled for serving a large group.
