Quick Beef Goulash

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares
  Onions 2 Large
  Canned tomato soup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bouillon cubes 2
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked medium noodles 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown meat in a small amount of oil in frying pan, then remove. Saute onions in same pan until golden brown. Add meat, tomato soup, bouillon cubes, water, paprika, and vinegar, and stir to mix. Lower heat; simmer about 2 hours, or until tender. Serve with noodles. This recipe may easily be doubled or quadrupled for serving a large group.
