Beef back ribs
1 Kilogram, cooked
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree.
1. Combine the cocktail sauce, chinese mustard, dijon mustard & horseradish in a large bowl and mix them well.
2. Coat the beef back ribs in the sauce and bread them in the breadcrumbs, line them on a baking tray and bake it for one hour.
3. Serve them hot with barbeque sauce and fresh salad if you like.
You can divide and cook the beef back ribs some breaded and some un-breaded
