West Coast Marinade For Beef

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cracked black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Beef cubes/Beef steaks 1 Pound
Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and place in marinade. Turn or stir occasionally. The meat can stay in this marinade up to 48 hours. When ready to cook beef, remove from marinade and place on skewers or on grill and cook to desired doneness, basting often with marinade.
