Stir Fry Beef

This is part of our stir fry series. Also known as Wok 'n' Roll. This one pan meal can handle as many ingredients as you want and it's so rich you don't even need any sauce.   London broil 1 Pound, slice
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Broccoli 6 Ounce, cut
  White wine 4 Tablespoon
  Shiitake mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), slice
  Celery 4 Ounce, chop
  Onions 4 Ounce, chop
  Red pepper 2 Ounce, chop
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Jalapenos 2 Ounce, chop
  Beans sprouts 2 Ounce, chop

1. Pour oil in a wok and heat.
2. Add the beef in and sear the meat for 4-5 minutes.
3. Remove the beef onto a plate.
4. Next, add the broccoli and white wine and cook down for 2-3 minutes with cover on.
5. Add the mushrooms, celery, onions and red pepper.
6. Add soy sauce, ground pepper and jalapenos and stir and cover.
7. Add the beef back into the wok and toss.
8. Add more soy sauce, if required.
9. Add beans sprouts.

10. Plate and serve as a side dish.
