1.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, onion, and spinach.
2.Add egg, breadcrumb, Tuscan-grill seasoning, and garlic. Mix well until they are firm, and do not stick to your finger.
3.Roll them into balls, and fry in oil until done.
4.Serve meatballs hot with marinara sauce.
You may use salt, pepper and herbs for seasoning of you do not have Tuscan rub.
