Minced Beef With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Lean minced beef 8 Ounce
  Tomatoes 8 Ounce
  Mushrooms/Chanterelles 4 Ounce
  Onion 1
  Thyme sprig 1
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Eggs 4
Directions

Mix the minced beef, the skinned and chopped tomatoes, from which you have squeezed some of the juice, and the chopped mushrooms.
Add some very finely chopped onion, thyme and parsley, and season with salt and pepper Cayenne pepper for choice.
Then add the eggs.
Beat the mixture with a fork, and put it into a greased fireproof dish or a pie dish.
Cook it in a moderate oven for 40 minutes, then for 10 minutes with the temperature raised.
