Beef Fillet in Brandy Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef fillets 4 Medium
  Brandy 1 Ounce
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add some oil and saute the beef fillet until golden brown.
2. Add in the brandy and let the meat absorb the flavor.
3. Remove the beef from the pan and in the same pan add the pate and mushrooms to prepare the brandy cream sauce.

SERVING
4. Pour the sauce on the fillets and serve.
