Quick Cow Leg

Ingredients
  Cow's leg 1 Large, cleaned and cut into chunks
  Red onion 1 Large, ground
  Salt 5 Tablespoon
  Dried red pepper/Fresh red pepper 5 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs) (or as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large pot, put all the ingredients and pour in just enough water to cover.
2) Set the heat on medium high and let the ingredients cook uncovered. Stir once after about 70 minutes of cooking.
3) Let the cooking continue for about 2 hours in all. The leg will be done by then.

SERVING
4) Serve the cooked cow's leg while it is still hot. It can also be added to soups, stews, etc.
