How To Make An One-Skillet Meal?

Quick and easy one-skillet meal. Perfect for nights when you don't have a lot of time to cook!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Taco seasoning 4 Tablespoon (1 pack)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can undrained)
  Corn 15 1⁄4 Ounce (1 can drained)
  Uncooked instant rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat a skillet and add a pound of ground beef and the chopped onions. Brown this over medium heat and be sure too drain away any excess grease.
2.Empty the packet of taco seasoning in it.
3.Pour in the water and give it all a stir.
4.Add the undrained stewed tomatoes and the corn. Stir it and bring it to a boil.
5.Drop the rice in the skillet and stir it.
6.Reduce the heat, cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
7.Remove from heat and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top .Cover it and let it stand until the cheese melts.

SERVING
8.Serve right away.
