|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stuffed olives||1 Tablespoon|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Can (10 oz)|
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Saute onion in butter in large skillet; add ground beef.
Combine ground beef mixture, soup, milk, cooked noodles, salt, pepper and cheese; mix well.
Turn half the ground beef mixture into casserole.
Slice olives over top; cover with remaining ground beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cashews and chow mein noo- dles.
Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
