Directions

MAKING
1) From the three lemon cut them into 16 slices and juice them too get 4 tablespoons
2) Chop the capers, parsley and red onion
3) Dice the meat finely
4) Ina bowl, place the meat and add in the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper teaspoon of mustard, chopped capers, onion and the parsley
5) On a dish, divide the meat into 4 portions and put an egg yolk into each mound of meat

SERVING
6) Serve the dish as fresh as possible decorated with lemon slices
