Low And Slow Corn Beef Brisket On The Grill

MAKING
1) Using a knife, dice the potatoes and carrots
2) Chop the cabbage into quarters and keep aside
3) Also chop the celery stalk and an onion and keep aside
4) Into a large pot, bring about a gallon of water to boil
5) Lower in the corned brisket and simmer along with some black peppercorns
6) Simmer the beef for about 45 minutes
7) Cover the pot with a lid
8) Once the beef is cooked partially, take out the corned beef and into the broth, cook in all the veggies over the grill till tender
9) Place the brisket over the grill and cook for a hour over the hot coal
10) Mop the brisket with some barbecue sauce and cook
11) After an hour take off the brisket, and place on a sheet of aluminum foil
12) Baste on some more barbecue sauce and wrap it completely and cook over the grill for about 45 minutes
13) Once done take off the grill and allow to rest

SERVING
14) Carve into slices and serve
