Barbecued Beef-Potato Patties

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Grated potatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped onions To Taste
  Chopped green pepper 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced dill pickle 3 Tablespoon
  Dill pickle juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Hot sauce 2 Drop
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ground beef, potatoes, onions, green pepper, 1 3/4 teaspoons salt and pepper; shape into patties.
Combine dill pickle, pickle juice, catsup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and remaining salt in saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
Broil patties over hot coals, 4 to 5 inches from source of heat, for 5 to 7 minutes; turn.
Brush patties with sauce; broil for 5 minutes longer or until of desired doneness.
Serve with remaining sauce.
