Quick Beef Curry
1) Chop the onions and keep aside.
2) Sauté with cooking oil until soft (lightly colored golden brown if you have time).
3) Add and sauté ground beef and pork mixture.
4) Season with Yakiniku Sauce and curry powder.
5) Add diced tomato can and simmer on medium-low for 5 minutes.
6) Add mixed vegetables and season with salt and cracked black pepper.
7) Serve the curry with hot rice and sprinkle parsley flakes.
