Beef Mole Chili

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Smoked paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Black beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Enchilada sauce 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Beer 750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Diced tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large pan and add olive oil to it.
2) Add the ground beef and onions and mix well.
3) Add all the ingredients to the beef and onion. Mix well together.
4) Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5) Lastly add the can of diced tomatoes and give it a quick stir.
6) Cook for another few minutes.

SERVING
7) Top it with some sour cream, cheese or green onion and serve hot.
