Marinade For Beef Cubes

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Marinate beef cubes in mixture for 2 to 3 hours before cooking.
Marinade may be strained and refrigerated for future use.
