Beef Egg Scramble
|Ground beef||1⁄4 Pound|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper in about 1 tablespoon hot fat; add salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with 1 1/2 tablespoons water.
Pour over beef mixture; simmer, stirring, until eggs are set.
Serve on buttered buns with catsup, if desired.
