Kosher Corned Beef With Mandarin Sauce

  Corn beef 3 Pound
  Mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Mandarin segments with juice 11 Ounce

Place corned beef in pot with water to cover.
Cook for three hour until tender.
Remove from water then let cool.
Slice thinly and place on baking dish that has been sprayed with pam. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour sauce over corned beef.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
