|Minced beef||12 Ounce (Use Fresh)|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||2 Ounce|
|Shredded suet||3 Ounce|
|Mixed herbs||1 Teaspoon|
1.Grate the onion.
2.Combine onin with breadcrumbs, beef, suet, salt , pepper and mixed herbs.
3.Mix them well and bind the mixture using an egg.
4.Shape the mixture in an oblong roll.
5.Take acloth dipped in boiling water, dust it with flour and put the roll in it and steam.
6.Take off the cloth and let the galantine cool.
7.Serve in a platter or store for later use in freezer.
