Beef with Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 1 Pound
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Peanut oil 7 Tablespoon
  Canned bean sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Frozen chinese snow peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by cutting the beef into 2 1/2 x 1 x 1/8-inch strips, also cut the onion lengthwise into quarters

MAKING
3.In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and soy sauce and stir into the beef strips, cut the strips crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
4. Take the garlic and crush and peel it
5. In a saucepan, stir fry marinated beef till brown, and also stir fry the peas along with the peanut oil

SERVING
6. Mix well with sauce and spoon over snow peas and serve immediately
