Stir Fried Beef And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Round steak 8 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry/Apple juice 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Onions 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, slice the beef diagonally into 1/4 inch thick strips

MAKING
1) Combine the soy and the sherry
2) Finely chop the ginger and add to the soy and sherry
3) Chop the onions, finely
4) Mince the garlic well
5) Into a skillet, add the oil
6) Add in the onions and garlic and saute till soft and tender
7) Then add in the meat and fry the meat to brown evenly
8) Roughly chop up the tomatoes
9) Fry the meat till the meat is done
10) Remove the meat mixture from the pan into a dish and then add in the tomatoes
11) Fry till the tomatoes are soft and cooked through and then return the beef to it

SERVING
12) Serve the stir fried beef into a large dish and serve with some bread, pita or rice
