Oven Roasted Spicy Cocoa Beef

The sauce in this recipe is unique and gives a new aroma to food. There is cocoa in the marinade and sauce. Beef with a flavor of cocoa. Sounds and tastes interesting.
Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Coriander 5 Milligram
  Cumin 5 Milligram
  Chili pepper 10 Milligram
  Oregano 5 Milligram
  Salt 5 Milligram
  Pepper 5 Milligram
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sugar 10 Milligram
  Ketchup 5 Drop
  Water 118 Milligram
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a plate, combine coriander, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, sugar, ketchup, and water.
Stir the ingredients.
Add beef sirloin, cover the plate.
Chill for 24 hours.
Put the prepare beef and veggies on a plate.
Place the plate in the oven and roast for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the remaining marinade for 5 minutes.
Add cocoa to the marinade.
Stir, simmer.
Set aside the marinade.
Cover beef with sauce, continue roasting for another 40 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Cut beef and serve with horseradish.
