One Rib Beef Roast

Ingredients
  One rib roast 4 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350°.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix minced garlic with softened butter and spread on both sides of the roast.
3. Place roast on rack in shallow pan and broil 3 1/2 to 4 inches from heat until brown.
4. Turn and brown other side.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast in the preheated oven about 9 minutes per pound for a medium-well-done roast.

SERVING
6. Serve the roast.
