5 Minute Beef And Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Brown and wild rice mushroom 6 Ounce (1 box, UNCLE BEN'S Brand)
  Fresh asparagus 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Onion 1 Small, cut into wedges
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into strips (red or yellow variety)
  Carrot 1 Medium, peeled and cut into thin diagonal slices
  Deli roast beef 1⁄4 Pound, sliced 1/4 inch thick, cut into strips
  Stir fry sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (purchased)
Directions

MAKING
1 As per the package directions, prepare the rice.
2 During the last 5 minutes of cooking, heat a large nonstick skillet or a wok over medium-high heat.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients.
4 Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the mixture is hot.

SERVING
5 Serve over rice, on a platter.
