5 Minute Beef and Asparagus Stir Fry
|Brown and wild rice mushroom||6 Ounce (1 box, UNCLE BEN'S Brand)|
|Fresh asparagus||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into wedges|
|Bell pepper||1 Medium, cut into strips (red or yellow variety)|
|Carrot||1 Medium, peeled and cut into thin diagonal slices|
|Deli roast beef||1⁄4 Pound, sliced 1/4 inch thick, cut into strips|
|Stir fry sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (purchased)|
1 As per the package directions, prepare the rice.
2 During the last 5 minutes of cooking, heat a large nonstick skillet or a wok over medium-high heat.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients.
4 Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the mixture is hot.
5 Serve over rice, on a platter.
