Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
  Cooked beets 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped, peeled
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or crushed
  Cooked corned beef 12 Ounce, diced (1 can)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 6
  Seasonings To Taste
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven moderate to 350°.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients except eggs and parsley.
3. Grease a 2 quarter casserole.
4. Pour the ingredients in it.
5. Bake covered for 25 minutes.
6. Take off the lid.
7. With the back of spoon shape 6 holes in hash.
8. Put 1 egg in each.
9. Sprinkle seasoning over it.
10. Bake again for 20 minutes.
11. Sprinkle parsley over it.

SERVING
12. Serve hot.
