Beef And Kraut Platter

Ingredients
  Beef rump roast/Boneless beef chuck roast 4 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 sachet)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sauerkraut 1 , drained
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into an electric skillet, add the water, chili sauce, onion soup mix, caraway seeds, paprika pepper and the meat
2) Cover and cook the meat on medium heat
3) Skim off the fat every now and then
4) Tip in the brown sugar and sauerkraut into the liquid
5) Simmer the meat for an hour till the meat turns tender
6) Take off the meat and place onto a carving board
7) Stir 1/2 cup of the sauerkraut liquid into the sour cream and return to the pan
8) Heat the creamy gravy to gently and take off the fire

SERVING
9) Carve the meat and spoon the creamy gravy with some buttered noodles
