Dried Beef with Eggs
|Dried beef||4 Ounce|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Pour boiling water over the dried beef and drain after five minutes
2. Cut the beef into small pieces
3. In a large skillet, heat the butter and add the beef to the pan and saute till done.
4. Beat the egg well with milk and then pour this over the beef.
5. Stir gently while cooking
6. Serve hot at once
