Beef On A Spit

Ingredients
  Condensed onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 5 3⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Soup Can)
  Blue cheese 1 Tablespoon, crumbled
  Beef rotisserie roast 4 Pound (Top Quality)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a shallow baking dish and combine water, soup, cheese and beef in it. Leave the mixture at room temperature for marinating, turn once. After 2 hours separate beef and save the marinade for later.

MAKING
2) On the spit, place beef with the thermometer inserted inside. Roast for about 1 1/2 hours or until temperature reaches 130°F on the meat thermometer.
3) Take a saucepan and heat the reserved marinade in it. Cook until cheese is melted completely, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4) Serve beef with the prepared sauce.
