Marinated Beef Cubes

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce/Steak sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Beef round steak 2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a shallow dish stir in oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef to it, cover the dish and marinate for 2 hours. Turn meat occasionally.

MAKING
2) Skewer the meat and broil it on hot coals until for about 20 minutes. Keep turning and basting with marinade.

SERVING
3) Serve marinated beef cubes hot with dip of your choice.
