Marinated Beef Cubes
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Coarsely ground pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce/Steak sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes|
1) In a shallow dish stir in oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add beef to it, cover the dish and marinate for 2 hours. Turn meat occasionally.
2) Skewer the meat and broil it on hot coals until for about 20 minutes. Keep turning and basting with marinade.
3) Serve marinated beef cubes hot with dip of your choice.
