Beef And Blue Cheese Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  Rye bread slices 12 (Light)
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Creamed horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Beef roast slice 1⁄3 (8 Slices)
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Sliced radish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Spread each bread slice with butter
2) Into a bowl , combine the horseradish and mayonnaise
3) Using a butter knife, spread the mixture onto 4 slices
4) Placethe roast beef, lettuce leaf and close with buttered bread slice
5) Top the buttered bread slice with crumbled blue cheese and radish slices
6) Spinkle in salt and pepper to taste
7) Close the sandwich with the remaining slices of bread

SERVING
8) Cut the sandwich into halves and serve
