Beef Fajita

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dried peppers 1 Teaspoon (cayenne or jalapeno)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Flank skirt steak 200 Gram
  Green pepper 1⁄4 , thinly sliced
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Tomato 1⁄4
  Cheese 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salsa 1 Tablespoon (peco de gallo)
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Guacamole 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Jalapeno slices 4 (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl,place wine vinegar, garlic-pepper, olive oil, dried peppers, cumin, oregano, salt and sugar, mix well.
2.Add flank/skirt steak. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and chill for 24 hours.

MAKING
3. In a skillet, place steak, seer on medium heat for few minutes, slice the meat.
4. Add green peppers and onion to the skillet, cook for another 1 minute.
5. Heat flour tortilla in a microwave. Transfer to a plate.
6. Place beef-onion mixture, add lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
7. Add guacamole, hot sauce and jalapeno, if desired. Roll the tortilla.

SERVING
8. Serve with your choice of dip.
