Marinated Beef Strips
Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced and separated in rings
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Pepper - dash
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Dairy sour cream - 1 cup
1) In a large bowl, combine the beef strips, onion rings, salt and pepper together.
2) Drizzle over the lemon juice.
3) Stir in sour cream; mix thoroughly and refrigerate until chilled.
4) Serve the Marinated Beef Strips on lettuce lined plates.
