Ingredients
  Flat fish/Fish steaks 4
  Seasoned flour 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 (for coating)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for coating)
  White dripping 2 Ounce
  Lemon 1 (for garnish)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Clean the fillets, wash and dry them well.
2.Coat the fish in seasoned flour.
3.Dredge the fish in egg and breadcrumbs.

MAKING
4.Heat the fat and fry the fillets in it until golden brown.
5.Lower the flame and cook until the fish is flaky.
6.Drain the fried fish on paper towel.

SERVING
7.Serve with touch of Maitre d' hotel butter or lemon slices.
